In the video above, Dr. Joe Allison, superintendent of education for the Iowa-Missouri Conference, provides an update on elementary education in our conference.

He praises teachers for their adaptability and efficiency in transitioning to online learning during the coronavirus pandemic, noting how Iowa-Missouri’s elementary students have somehow managed to continue excelling academically and spiritually despite the circumstances.

Dr. Allison also thanks parents for all they’ve done to support their children and the schools through this transition. He concludes by sharing his hope that all of our schools would be able to reopen with classroom instruction this fall and appeals to all listening to keep our schools in prayer as this school year wraps up and throughout the summer as we look forward to next school year.
